Public Comments Welcome for the "State Plan on Aging FY 2013–FY 2015"

The Illinois Department on Aging has made available a draft copy of the "State Plan on Aging for Fiscal Years 2013-FY 2015." The Plan is developed to guide Older Americans Act-related activities and direct statewide efforts to transform Illinois' long-term care system.

Hearings will be held on May 18, May 21 and May 30 to receive public comments. For more details, download the hearing schedule (PDF). Public comments are due June 15.
